A little confession: we know how much we all love wearing white. But on the wedding day, Clara is the only one with that privilege — so here's your chance. Dust off that gorgeous white outfit and wear it to the Welcome Party. One night only!

Ceremony at sunset by the lake, cocktails in the gardens, dinner under the stars and a party until 3 AM. The ceremony will be in English and Spanish, with a welcome in French and German.

The hotel sits by the La Viñuela lake, surrounded by olive groves and white villages — about 50 minutes from Málaga airport.

✈️ Getting there

Fly into Málaga–Costa del Sol Airport (AGP), a scenic 50-minute drive from the hotel. Flying into Madrid? Take the high-speed train to Málaga — about 2h40 of beautiful Spanish countryside (Andrés took it with his brother and approves). Either way, we recommend renting a car for the best experience of the area.

🏨 Staying at the wedding hotel?

Lucky you — the hotel is a destination in itself: private spa, two pools overlooking the lake, gorgeous gardens, a library, and one of the best restaurants in the area. Arrive early, leave late, enjoy every bit of it.

🚌 Staying in downtown Málaga?

No problem at all — on the wedding day we'll provide transportation from downtown Málaga to the hotel and back. Pickup point and times will be shared closer to the date with everyone who confirms.

🌅 Make a holiday of it

You're flying all this way — stay a few days! Málaga city and its old town, Marbella and Puerto Banús, Nerja's beaches and caves, Granada and the Alhambra, the white village of Frigiliana... all within easy reach. September weather: warm days around 28°C, beautiful mild evenings.

Questions, answered

Can I bring my kids?

Absolutely — kids are part of the family and there's a special menu just for them. Tell us their ages when you RSVP and we'll make sure they're taken care of (highchairs included).

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We're having an unplugged ceremony — no phones or cameras, please. The good news: we've hired Serafín Castillo, one of the best wedding photographers in Spain (@serafin_castillo — go see his work). Every moment will be beautifully captured, and the photos will be shared with all of you. So relax, be present, and let us see your faces, not your screens. After the ceremony: shoot away!

What language will the ceremony be in?

English and Spanish, with a welcome in French and German. Like us, a little bit of everything.

What about gifts?

Having you with us in Spain is truly the greatest gift — many of you are crossing an ocean for this. We're lucky to already share a home with everything we need, so there's no registry. If you'd still like to celebrate us with something, a contribution to our honeymoon adventure would mean the world — there will be a little wishing box at the wedding, and we're happy to share details if you ask us directly.

What's the weather like in September?

Beautiful. Around 28°C during the day and mild evenings around 19–21°C. The ceremony and dinner are outdoors — maybe bring a light layer for after midnight.
